The volunteer Board of Directors elected in 2006 has continued to maintain fiscal responsibility of  the cemetery until the present time. The Board meets regularly to discuss cemetery business and  holds an open Annual General Meeting where the balanced ledger, formally approved each year by bookkeeper Helga Wheeler, is presented along with updated financial statements. The Board maintains updated annual registration with Nova Scotia Registry of Joint Stocks Companies (#3201977) and submits annual financial records  to Canada Revenue Agency, maintaining status as a registered Charity for Income Tax purposes.
